Cassidy reached out to me at the beginning of last year to plan a special portrait session for her and her finacè Joe. The reason why they wanted to have a session was that they had planned to elope the day before. Instead of having portraits in that location, they wanted to have portraits done on Nantucket. I met them at Brant Point Lighthouse. They wanted to capture the charm of Nantucket. Getting a mix of architecture, beach, water, and dunes. The day of their session was gorgeous! We were scheduled to have a storm that evening and during our session, it gave us the best clouds. As the session progressed into sunset time the sky became even better!

Photographing these two was the best. They wanted to have a laidback session. They were so easy-going and a joy to be around. It was like I was hanging out with friends. We kept things relaxed and had a great session. We finished the evening with some beautiful glow from the sun setting. Being able to capture this special time for them was wonderful. I wish them a lifetime of happiness together!
