This sweet couple decided to come to Nantucket for a vacation and while on vacation they thought it would be a perfect time to renew their vows. They had been married for 25 years and wanted to celebrate such a big milestone in a beautiful place. I met them at Brant Point Lighthouse on such a gorgeous fall day. The sun was shining, it was warm, hardly any wind, and clear blue skies. They found the perfect spot to exchange their vows that showed the lighthouse and the water in the background. It was such a private and special moment for them. Hardly anyone on the beach and it was so peaceful. I loved that the goldenrod was in bloom giving little pops of yellow around the area. Once they finished their vows we then took some photos around the lighthouse and we then walked back to the White Elephant where they were staying. We stopped at a few beautiful spots along the way and took some at the grounds of the hotel. They then went on their way to Toppers for a delicious dinner with a sunset. I had such a great time with them and was lucky to have captured such a special moment. I wish them nothing but the best and another 25 plus happy years ahead.
