Christopher and Allison won’t be getting married on the island but, wanted to have their engagement session in Nantucket. Nantucket is a very special place that holds many memories for this sweet couple so, it only made sense to have their session here. They wanted to capture the charm and beauty of Nantucket and so we chose Main Street and Brant Point Lighthouse for the locations. Giving us a great mixture of architecture and beach. We started our session on MainStreet where we stopped at Mitchell’s, the compass rose, the ivy wall at Milly and Grace, and the monument. Town this time of year is so cute with all the festive décor. We then headed to Brant Point Lighthouse for our final location. We had such a beautiful evening with a golden sunset and pastel skies. I loved that the Lighthouse had a wreath on it which made it even more charming. Allison brought along a custom jean jacket that had her new soon-to-be last name and their wedding date embroidered on the back. Of course, we had to capture that. What a great idea! I loved their outfit choices for both locations. What can I say, I am a sucker for anything blush. We couldn’t believe how lucky we got with the weather, especially in December! Christopher and Allison were an easy-going couple which made working with them so much fun! I hope that they have such a beautiful wedding day! Cheers to the happy couple!
