It was the day of Carlos and Jamie’s session and the weather was not looking the best. The sky was pretty dark but, we decided to just go for it. As we headed to the beach it got brighter and about fifteen minutes into the session the sun started to come out. It was such a blessing! The glow from the sun and the overcast clouds made all the colors just pop. Everything looked so great with the beautiful dunes, the textured blue sky, and the water. Not to mention their outfit choices were perfection. The colors they chose picked up on their surroundings wonderfully. Jamie looked absolutely stunning in her blue dress. I loved that she wore a bold color! Carlos also looked great in his attire too. Jamie’s Mother came along for some portraits with them as well and I thought that was so special having her be there. Being able to capture this special time for them was so joyful. Jamie and Carlos were glowing with happiness the whole time. Always smiling and laughing. How couldn’t you be knowing that your bundle of joy is coming around the corner? They were so easygoing and were up to trying anything. We took some beautiful pictures in the dunes, along the path, and by the water. We also captured some extra special details that meant a lot to the couple. At the end of the session, I asked Jamie if she would be willing to go in the water for just a few photos. She said “Yes!” I was so happy that she did. It looked so dreamy with the water surrounding her. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect evening for such a wonderful couple. I am so happy for them!
