During our first phone call, Andrew had told me their love story and the things that they loved to do together. Their story melted my heart instantly and I knew that we were going to be a perfect fit. Andrew had put a lot of time and planning into this surprise proposal to make it extra special. Nantucket and Cape Cod had been on Kendra’s bucket list for many years and he wanted to surprise Kendra while they were here on vacation. Andrew had mentioned to me in our planning that Kendra loves flowers and the charm of Nantucket. I thought Sconset was the perfect location for them and Andrew agreed. Sconset has a great combination of beach and beautiful gardens, with small-town charm. During our first phone call, Andrew had told me their love story and the things that they loved to do together. I can’t believe it but, they designed a custom ring because they wanted it to be unique. They also had a lot of fun designing it together. I love that they did that! The day had finally arrived and everything was going to plan. I arrived on-site and I awaited their arrival. They were walking down Front St. right towards my direction. He got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. She said YES!!! We started the session walking and stopping by the beautiful Sconset gardens. We then finished their session at the beach. They really had a great time looking at the beautiful small charm of downtown Sconset and playing by the water’s edge. I enjoyed my time with them throughout the whole session.
